On the morning of May 25, 2023, in the 227 conference room on the first floor of the Li, Professor He Jianying of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Professor Xu Zhiping of Tsinghua University gave reports entitled Fracture Mechanics based Design of Icephobic Surfaces and Open Science for Engineering: Advanced Structural Materials Research and Development and Its Data Technology, respectively.
